We approached Paul about selling our home and purchasing a new property. We had specific needs for our new home, in particular, a specific area we needed to be in. Having lived in Newmarket for fifteen years we wished for a rural property with close proximity to town. Specifically a bungalow. After meeting many Realtors at various open houses, we came across Paul to show us a house. Over the course of the next several months he kept us up-to-date of new listings and showed us many potential properties. We knew that Paul was the right Realtor for us as we were impressed by his honesty in identifying both the good points and the items of concern of these listings and especially understanding what we were looking for as a dream home for us.
